Chase's Story
The before picture was 50 lbs ago at the end of my junior year, but then I got bigger over the summer....I was sick of being the fat kid at school. I couldn't finish up my senior year in football because of a spine fracture. The doctor said I needed to strengthen my core and so I started personal training with Rosemarie. She helped me lose almost 50 pounds and drop from a 38 to a 32 waist. I'm a lifeguard during the summer and it feels good to have a stronger body and tighter abs. Personal training helped me recover my back, and the food diary tracking helped me see the importance of good nutrition. During this time the only sport I could compete in was the swim team so I did that. Personal training really did help me jump start my whole weight loss journey, helping me lose weight and it got my back get in shape to start a new adventure for the swim team. Later I did a month of the Teen Athlete Training with Rosemarie and Amanda, which is how FitGuy got started. During that time I got even stronger and faster, running 12 mph at a 3% incline, increasing my push-ups, pull-ups, dips, and improving my footwork for sports.

How much does FitGuy cost?
FitGuy is payable in full at the start of the 4x week, 4-week program (total $129 includes tax). These sessions are priced at 1/5 the cost of one-on-one sessions. Payment plans are available.
How is my progress measured?
Physical Measurements
Before/after measurements at the beginning and end of each month, are a $60 value offered free with FitGuy. Most clients lose 3-4 lbs fat and gain several pounds of muscle the first month.
Definition and Core Strength
Not only will you begin to see definition in your muscles, but you will also find your core strength increasing and daily activities become easier.
Knowledge
As a FitGuy member your questions about diet and fat myths will be answered and you will learn how to maintain a great body and supreme fitness!

When does FitGuy meet?
FitGuy meets MTWTH at 7:45 p.m. after the Women's Fitness Class schedule ends for the day. MW meets for 55 minutes and is comprised of weight training activities while TTh are 30 minute cardio sessions.
When can I start?
You can begin anytime after we do your measurements and you receive your food journal. E-mail us through the contact page to set up your measurements. Download the HH/waiver & pre-evaluation forms and complete them for our first visit. All client contact is via e-mail, so please check your messages on a regular basis.
