Holiday Schedule

We are open Memorial Day, Father's Day, and July 4th, too.  We will sometimes have shortened hours on holidays but we very rarely close.  If a holiday is coming up and you want to be sure just e-mail us through our contact page and we'll answer within 24 hours, often sooner.

On Christmas Eve and on Christmas Day itself we will be closed but on all other days of the month we will have almost all regular classes. When there is a holiday we like to enjoy them with our families, too, but we want you to stay on track with your fitness so why not bring them with you!  For members only, bring your out-of-town guests for only $5 a class or $15 for a whole week. Please refer to the posted schedule for our normal classes (be sure you actually click on the Class Schedule page or it will bring you back here to the holiday hours)
