Another favorite! This class combines the best of pilates and yoga. Appropriate for all levels because you only go the point of strength/flexibility that is right for you. The instructor will help you acheive greater command of the various poses and positions.
Guts and Butts
What more can we say? No jumping or hopping but a great leg/lower body/abdominal workout. The class set-up is different from all the others. Using a ball, a mat, and some hand weights, you will move across the full length of the room with squats and finish at each end with a variety of gut and butt toning exercises!
This is a 30 minute Introduction to Step class that teaches you the basic steps to step aerobics, safety & proper body alignment. Great for newcomers!
