We have no contracts, no hassles, so just come on down! Save time on your first visit...download and complete the following forms then bring them to your first class with your payment. Print out a second copy for your friend (see our Buddy Special !) If your printer is down please complete the forms at the club before your first class.
Look at the website closely, tell me what works best for your schedule/budget. The $33/month Women's Fitness Classes are a great deal, no contract, lots of fun. I've had many members lose from 25 to 65 pounds in those classes alone. The SoftShape program is the next step up and involves personal training 3 x week for 4 weeks. It is a great deal because it breaks down to only about $10 a session and includes all the WFC schedule free. SuperShape is the next step after SoftShape and has training sessions available every day. FitGuy is for the men in your life, all ages, and they meet after all the gals are gone...no mixing of the species, LOL! The schedule for all of these programs is on this website, too. Let me know what works for you and you can start right away!

It is not safe to bring children to classes and unfortunately, we do not have a daycare. Please see the policy below about bringing 1 child in an emergency situation.

Guess what? I love eating, reading books, cooking, playing with my dog, scrapbooking, and sewing. Exercise is not my favorite thing to do. I don't always wake up wanting to workout either, but I know I have to do it to stay healthy and feel good. I never, ever regret going, however, and I don't know anyone at my club that has ever wished they didn't show up for the workout So, if you have found you have gained a few pounds over the years and have now resigned yourself to the fact that you "have to workout" then join the club, ha ha, because that's what we are....not a regular gym, but a club of women who like how it makes us feel to exercise even if we do wish there were a magic pill! We do it together, hundreds of us who are alike and different, some are younger, some more mature, some less strong, others more so, but we are all wanting something more out of our life and we want that life to be healthier and longer if possible!----Rosemarie
